BW98-like mass-spring

Overall quality is decent, but you'll notice slow error propagation from the top corners (I'm using the default preconditioner, which is Jacobi).

Note it's not a proper BW98[1] cloth since i'm only borrowing the single outer loop idea. Full fledged implemention warrants those FEM-like constraints and the filtering idea on tri meshes.

Not bad for a single-threaded app btw..

Not sure if the bottleneck is A \ b or lhs assembly --- I'll need to run profiler for that.
